"Kyiv. 1943-1970" is the first disc in a series of digital photograph albums dealing with history of the city.

We invite you to take a virtual walk in and around Kyiv of 50-60ies of the last century. We have tried to recreate the spirit of that era that the representatives of senior generation would share their pleasant memoirs whereas the youth could see the city which is already fading to exist. Here you will meet no judgements - so was, and it will never come back again. We only mention the time and place when and where the picture has been taken.

DVD contains more than 1500 various photographs and post cards with the city views, subdivided into sections: "40-ies", "50-ies", " 60-ies ". Some photos from this album previously were never published anywhere.

The disc is furnished with convenient software for computers operating on Windows and Mac OS.
